To enable cheat mode, start the game with the following parameters:

+set ui_console 1 +set cheats 1 +set thereisnomonkey 1

Then, while in the single-player game, press "~" to bring up the console and type any of the codes listed below:

dog - God Mode
fullheal - Full Health
wuss - All Weapons & Ammo
noclip - No Clipping (Go Through Walls)
notarget - Show Game Version
fullheald - Heal player
listinventory - List of the player's inventory
tele x y z - Teleport to x,y,z location
coord - Prints out current location and angles
health - set current health
kill - Kills the player
toggle cg_3rd_person - Toogles 3rd person view
map "map_name" - Jump to map_name
giveweapon weapons/''weapon_name''.tik - Gives the specified weapon

Weapon names: Colt 45 - colt45, Frag Grenade - m2frag_grenade, Walther P38 - p38, Steilhandgranate - steilhandgranate, M1 Garand - m1_garand, Mauser KAR 98K - kar98, Shotgun - shotgun, Bazooka - bazooka, Panzerschreck - panzerschreck, BAR - bar, StG 44 - mp44, Thompson - thompsonsmg, MP40 - mp40, Springfield '03 Sniper - springfield, KAR98 Sniper - kar98sniper

NOTE: To start the game with those parameters, you must modify the shortcut for the game by right clicking on the shortcut and selecting properties. Then, change the TARGET box to add in the command-line cheat. Simply add the "+set ui_console 1 +set cheats 1 +set thereisnomonkey 1" to the end of where your shortcut points to.

Example:
C:\mohdemo\MOHAADemo.exe +set ui_console 1 +set cheats 1 +set thereisnomonkey 1

If your target contains quotations, you must put the parameter OUTSIDE of the quotations.

Example:
